Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 6 boiled eggs
- 1/3 cup Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons mustard
Directions:
1. Begin by steaming or boiling the cauliflower until it is tender. Once cooked, cut it into bite-size pieces.
2. Next, boil the eggs until firm. After boiling, peel the eggs, rinse them under cold water, and separate the yolks into a bowl.
3. Mash the egg yolks and chop the egg whites into small pieces.
4. Combine the mashed yolks and chopped egg whites in the bowl, mixing them together thoroughly.
5. In a large mixing bowl, add the tender cauliflower, the egg mixture, Miracle Whip or mayonnaise, and mustard.
6. Mix all the ingredients well to ensure an even distribution and flavorful blend. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
