Ingredients: 🥑 1 ripe avocado 🥚 1 egg 🍞 Whole wheat bread (optional) 🌿 Toasted sesame seeds Directions: Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Crack the egg into a bowl and lightly whisk. Pour the egg into the avocado hole and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until the egg is set. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with toast if desired.
