Cheesy Beef-Stuffed Wrap
Ingredients:
1 large flour tortilla
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup diced onions (optional)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 tbsp oil or butter (for toasting)
Instructions:
Cook the Beef Filling:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned.
Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and diced onions if using.
Cook until fully browned and moisture evaporates. Remove from heat.
Assemble the Wrap:
Warm the tortilla briefly to make it pliable.
Spread the cooked beef in the center, top with shredded cheddar and a generous drizzle of cheese sauce.
Fold sides inward, then roll tightly into a wrap.
Toast the Wrap:
In a clean skillet, heat oil or butter over medium heat.
Toast the wrap seam-side down for 2–3 minutes, then flip and toast the other side until golden and crispy.
Serve:
Slice in half and serve warm on a parchment-lined plate, allowing cheese to ooze slightly for that indulgent, melty effect.
