Blueberry Swirl Cheesecake 😋
Ingredients:
• 200 g digestive biscuits
• 100 g melted butter
• 500 g cream cheese
• 200 g sugar
• 200 ml heavy cream
• 2 eggs
• 150 g blueberry puree
• 100 g fresh blueberries for garnish
Brief Preparation:
1. Base: Crush the biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into a pan and refrigerate.
2. Filling: Beat the cream cheese, sugar, heavy cream, and eggs until smooth.
3. Swirl Effect: Divide the mixture in two and mix one part with the blueberry puree. Pour both mixtures alternately onto the base and use a skewer to create the swirl effect.
4. Baking: Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 50-60 minutes. Let it cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
5. Decoration: Top the cheesecake with fresh blueberries before serving. Enjoy!
