🍍 Piña Colada Milkshakes 🥥
Ingredients (serves 2):
For the Shake:
2 cups (about 4 scoops) vanilla ice cream
1 cup (150g) frozen pineapple chunks
½ cup (120ml) coconut milk (canned or carton)
2 tbsp sweetened shredded coconut (plus extra for rim)
1 tsp lime juice
For Garnish:
Pineapple wedges
Maraschino cherries
Toasted coconut flakes
Instructions:
Blend:
Combine ice cream, pineapple, coconut milk, shredded coconut, lime juice in a blender. Blend until smooth, adding a splash of milk if too thick.
Prep Glasses:
Wet rims of glasses with pineapple juice or water, then dip in shredded coconut.
Serve:
Pour into glasses. Top with whipped cream, a pineapple wedge, cherry, and toasted coconut.
