Ingredients:
1 can (21 oz) strawberry pie filling
1 ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
4 cups Cool Whip (thawed)
½ cup sour cream
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 ¾ cup pineapple chunks (drained)
1 cup pecans (chopped)
Fresh strawberries (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions:
Mix the Base:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry pie filling, sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, and Cool Whip. Stir until well combined.
Add the Mix-Ins:
Gently fold in the pecans, pineapple chunks, and mini marshmallows until everything is evenly distributed.
Chill:
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serve:
Once chilled, garnish with freshly chopped strawberries and serve cold.
