📝 Ingredients:
• 1 can of condensed milk 🥛
• 1 can of evaporated milk 🧃
• 4 big eggs 🥚
• ½ cup of cocoa powder without sugar 🍫
• 1 vain essence cdta 🌿
• 1 cup of sugar (for caramel) 🍯

👨🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the candy:
Cook the cup of sugar over medium heat until it takes an amber color.
Patch quickly into the mold covering the bottom.
2️⃣ Do the flan mixture:
Beat the eggs, condensed milk, evaporated milk, cocoa and vanilla until you get a homogeneous and silky mixture.
3️⃣ Assembly:
Pour the mixture on the caramel into the mold.
4️⃣ Bake:
Bake in a water bath at 180 ° C (350 ° F) for 50 minutes.
5️⃣ Cool and unmold:
Let cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate at least 4 hours before unmolding.
6️⃣ Ready to enjoy!
