Butter Pecan Red Velvet Cheesecake
Ingredients:
1 box red velvet cake mix
16 oz cream cheese
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cream
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp butter
Instructions:
Bake the cake layer first in a springform pan. Let cool.
Blend cream cheese with sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time.
Stir in sour cream and cream. Pour over the base.
Bake 55 minutes or until center sets. Chill overnight.
Combine topping mix: pecans, brown sugar, butter. Spread before slicing.
