Instructions
1. Prepare the Oreo Crust: Preheat oven to 325Β°F (165Β°C). Line the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper and wrap the outside with foil. Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter and press into the pan. Freeze while preparing the cheesecake.
2. Make the Chocolate Cheesecake: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Mix in cocoa powder and melted chocolate. Add eggs gradually, mixing until just combined.
