Argentinian-Style Steak & Fries Board

Ingredients
For the Steak:
• 1 ribeye or NY strip steak
• Salt, pepper, garlic powder
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp butter
• Chopped parsley (for garnish)
For the Fries:
• 2 russet potatoes (cut into fries) or frozen fries
• Oil for frying or air frying
• Salt & parsley

Three Sauces:
1. Chimichurri Sauce:
• 1/2 cup fresh parsley (finely chopped)
• 3 garlic cloves (minced)
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 1 tsp red pepper flakes
• Salt & black pepper to taste
2. Spicy Tomato Salsa:
• 1/2 cup crushed tomatoes
• 1 garlic clove (minced)
• 1/2 tsp chili flakes
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt & pepper
(Simmer all together for 5–7 mins.)
3. Cheesy Dipping Sauce:
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp flour
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• Salt & paprika to taste
(Whisk over low heat until melted and creamy.)

Instructions
1. Cook the Fries
• Soak fresh cut fries in water 30 mins, pat dry.
• Fry at 375°F until golden and crisp OR air fry at 400°F for 20 mins, shaking halfway.
• Season with salt and parsley.
2. Grill the Steak
• Season steak generously.
• Heat a grill or skillet with oil over high heat.
• Sear 3–4 mins per side for medium rare.
• Add butter, baste, rest 5 mins, then slice.
3. Prepare Sauces
• Whip up all 3 sauces while the steak cooks. Keep warm.
4. Plate It Up
• Serve sliced steak, fries, and all sauces on a wooden board.
• Garnish with parsley and let everyone dip & enjoy!
