✅❤Fried Olives with Garlic Aioli 🫒🧄
✅Ingredients:
1 jar (8 oz) green olives, drained and pitted
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)
1 large egg, beaten
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
For Garlic Aioli:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
✅Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Dip each olive into the beaten egg, then coat in the flour and breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to ensure they stick.
In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the coated olives and fry in batches, turning occasionally, until golden and crispy (about 3-4 minutes).
Remove olives from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
While the olives are frying, prepare the garlic aioli by mixing together the mayonnaise, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Serve the crispy fried olives with the creamy garlic aioli on the side for dipping.
