Garlic Veggie Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
2. Add carrots and cook 2 mins, then broccoli and mushrooms.
3. Stir-fry until tender-crisp (about 5–7 mins).
4. Season with salt & pepper. Serve warm!
