Big Mac Wraps

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas or wraps

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded lettuce

½ cup diced pickles

½ cup diced onions

For the Big Mac Sauce:

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp ketchup

2 tbsp sweet pickle relish

1 tbsp yellow mustard

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika

Instructions

Make the sauce:
In a small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.

Cook the beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt and pepper until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.

Assemble the wraps:

Warm tortillas slightly to make them easier to fold.

Spread Big Mac sauce in the center of each wrap.

Layer with cooked ground beef, shredded cheese, lettuce, pickles, and onions.

Fold the wraps burrito-style, tucking in the sides.

Optional step – grill the wraps:
For extra flavor and crunch, heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat and grill the wraps for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

Slice in half and serve with extra sauce for dipping.
