🍗 Loaded Wings & Steak-Chicken Fries Box🛒
Ingredients
For the Crispy Chicken Wings:
1.5 lbs chicken wings
2 cups buttermilk
1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
For the Steak & Chicken Fries:
1/2 lb ribeye or sirloin, thinly sliced
1/2 lb chicken breast, sliced
1 bag frozen seasoned fries (or homemade wedges)
1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 onion, sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar-jack cheese
1 tsp steak seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil
For the Sour Cream Sauce:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp parsley
Salt & pepper to taste
🔥 Instructions
Step 1: Marinate & Fry Wings
Toss wings in buttermilk and hot sauce. Let sit 30 min or overnight.
Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Dredge wings in flour and fry at 350°F until golden and crispy (8–10 mins).
Step 2: Cook Fries
Bake or air fry the fries until golden and crispy. Season with salt.
Step 3: Sauté Steak & Chicken
Heat oil in a skillet over med-high.
Cook steak slices with steak seasoning until browned (about 3–4 min), remove.
In same pan, cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Add peppers & onions, sauté until tender.
Step 4: Assemble
Lay fries as base in a tray.
Top with steak, chicken, and sautéed peppers/onions.
Sprinkle with cheese and melt (bake or broil 2-3 mins).
Add a big scoop of seasoned sour cream on top.
