Would you eat this Carnivore Bacon Cheeseburger Pie ?
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
6 slices thick-cut bacon, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 large eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Optional: dill pickles or sugar-free ketchup for garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
In the same skillet, brown ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Stir bacon into cooked beef, then spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9-inch pie dish.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef and bacon.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour egg mixture over the beef, bacon, and cheese.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until set and golden on top.
Let cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm with optional toppings.
