8Gooey peachy deliciousness. This would work well with any cobbler-friendly fruit!

Ingredients:

6 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced (or use 4 cups of thawed frozen peaches)

1 cup granulated sugar, divided

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

1 cup milk

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional: a pinch of cinnamon

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss peach slices with ½ cup of sugar. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and remaining ½ cup sugar. Stir in milk, melted butter, and vanilla until a smooth batter forms.
Pour batter into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Spoon the peach mixture (with juices) evenly over the top—don’t stir.
Bake for 45–50 minutes until golden brown and bubbling. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
Swap in berries, cherries, or apples—this cobbler works with them all!
