Ingredients:
1 lb flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup beef broth
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp fresh thyme or Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
1 package (about 20 oz) cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the steak slices with salt, pepper, and thyme. Cook the steak in the skillet for 2-3 minutes, until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add beef broth and heavy cream to the skillet. Stir well, bringing to a simmer.
Add ravioli, cooking according to package instructions (usually about 3-4 minutes).
Toss in the cooked steak and stir to coat everything in that luscious garlic butter sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese if desired.
