🧀 Spinach Dip Cheese Crisps 🌿
Low-carb, ultra crispy, and totally addictive! These Spinach Dip Cheese Crisps are the perfect snack or party bite—packed with flavor and made in minutes! 🥳💚
Ingredients:
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: Crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix together spinach, sour cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
On the baking sheet, make 2-inch circles of mozzarella and parmesan (mix together).
Spoon a small dollop of spinach dip mixture into the center of each cheese circle.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden and crispy.
Cool on the tray for 5 minutes before removing. Enjoy as a snack or appetizer!
