One-Pot Beef and Cheddar Ranch Pasta

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
12 oz rotini or elbow pasta
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
4 cups beef broth
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley or chives (optional, for garnish)

Directions:

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
Stir in ranch seasoning, beef broth, and uncooked pasta. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
Add cream cheese and cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce is creamy.
Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley or chives if desired.
