Deconstructed Big Mac in a Bowl: A Pressure Cooker Delight
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 cup diced pickles
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame seeds for garnish
Directions:
Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the ground beef with the diced onions. Season with salt and pepper.
Once the beef is fully cooked, turn off the sauté function and drain any excess fat.
Stir in the diced pickles and Thousand Island dressing until well mixed.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture. Do not stir.
Secure the lid of the Instant Pot and set it to manual high pressure for 5 minutes.
Quick release the pressure after the timer beeps.
Serve the casserole over a bed of shredded lettuce, garnished with diced tomatoes and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
