π Ingredients:
2 large chicken breasts, diced
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley (optional garnish)

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt & pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through.
Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Lower heat and add ricotta, cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth and creamy.
