Seaside Snapper with Lobster Cream Sauce 🐟🦞
Ingredients:
4 snapper fillets
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup white wine (substitute with chicken broth for non-alcoholic)
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Snapper:
Season snapper fillets with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook snapper fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Make the Lobster Cream Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Stir in lobster meat and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Add white wine (or chicken broth) and bring to a simmer.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until the sauce is thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve:
Pour lobster cream sauce over the cooked snapper fillets.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes:
Pair with a side of steamed vegetables or a light salad for a balanced meal.
Substitute snapper with any white fish, such as cod or halibut, if preferred.
