Ingredients:
1 cup cooked long-grain rice
1.5 lbs lean ground beef
1.5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 large egg
1 yellow onion, minced
1 garlic clove, minced

1 large head of cabbage
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions:
Prep the Cabbage:
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Carefully peel off 12-14 cabbage leaves and boil them for 2-3 minutes until softened. Drain and set aside.
Make the Filling:
In a large bowl, mix cooked rice, ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper until combined.
Roll the Cabbage:
Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of filling into the center of each cabbage leaf. Roll tightly, tucking in the sides to create a neat roll.
