Garlic Butter Salmon Over Creamy Spinach Linguine Delight!
📋 Ingredients
● For the Salmon:
2 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon olive oil
● For the Creamy Spinach Linguine:
8 ounces linguine pasta
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups fresh spinach
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
📝 Instructions
1: Prepare the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2: Sear the Salmon:
Season the salmon fillets with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Place the salmon fillets in the skillet and sear for 4–5 minutes per side until nicely browned and just cooked through. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.
3: Create the Creamy Spinach Sauce:
In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium and pour in the heavy cream.
Add the fresh spinach and allow it to wilt. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Let the sauce simmer for 2–3 minutes until it slightly thickens.
4: Assemble and Serve:
Toss the cooked linguine into the creamy spinach sauce until evenly coated.
Plate a generous serving of the pasta, then top with a seared salmon fillet. Drizzle any remaining sauce over the salmon for extra flavor.
Enjoy!
