Yummy Black Pepper Chicken with Mushrooms 🍗🍄
Ingredients 🍽️
- 2 Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless) 🐔
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced 🧄
- 1 Green pepper, chopped 🧅
- 2 cups Mushrooms, sliced 🍄
- 1 Onion, sliced 🧅
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce 🥢
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce 🥢
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper 🖤
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch 🌽
- 1 tsp Salt 🧂
- 1 tsp Sesame oil 🥡
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil 🥕
- 1/4 cup Water 💧
Instructions 👩🍳
1. Prep Chicken:Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
2. Mix Sauce: Combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, cornstarch, salt, and water in a bowl.
3. Cook Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add chicken, and cook until browned (5-7 mins).
4. Add Veggies: Stir in onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Sauté for 3-4 mins.
5. Add Sauce: Pour sauce over chicken and veggies, cook until thick (2-3 mins).
