Slow Cooker Spaghetti
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
3 cups marinara sauce
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
3 cups water or beef broth
8 oz spaghetti, broken in half
Directions:
1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions until cooked. Drain excess grease.
2. Transfer to a slow cooker and add marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
3. Pour in water or broth, cover, and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
4. Add spaghetti in the last 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
