Parmesan Baked Potatoes
Ingredients:
4 large potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried rosemary or your favorite herb
1 teaspoon paprika
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400F 200C. Start by taking a large bowl and tossing the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, and paprika until theyre nicely coated. Lay the wedges out on a baking sheet, ensuring theyre in a single layer for even cooking. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over them. Put them in the preheated oven and let them bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until theyre golden brown and crispy. Remember to flip them halfway through. Enjoy them warm.
