📋 Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 ounces linguine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
📝 Instructions
1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Add the salmon to the skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add the rest of the butter and garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add the heavy cream, bringing it to a simmer, then stir in the spinach and Parmesan cheese until the spinach is wilted.
4. Meanwhile, cook the linguine according to package directions, then drain.
5. Toss the linguine in the creamy spinach sauce. Add the salmon on top, serve warm, and enjoy!
