Creamy Beef and Bowtie Pasta
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the diced onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
2. Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, and heavy cream. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
4. Add the cooked pasta to the beef mixture, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
