Creamy One-Pot Beef and Cheddar Ranch Pasta

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
12 oz (340g) elbow macaroni or penne pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
3 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Brown the Beef: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart as it cooks, for 5-7 minutes, until browned.
Cook the Onions & Garlic: Stir in the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until softened.
Simmer with Ranch Seasoning: Mix in the ranch seasoning, beef broth, and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and stir well.
Add the Pasta: Stir in the pasta, cover the pot, and let it cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and most of the liquid has absorbed.
Add the Cheese: Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it melts, creating a creamy, cheesy sauce.
Season & Garnish: Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve & Enjoy: Serve immediately, and enjoy the creamy goodness of this one-pot beef and cheddar ranch pasta!
