Pan-Fried Cinnamon Bananas
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Directions:
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture becomes smooth and bubbly.
Add the sliced bananas to the skillet, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the bananas are golden brown and caramelized.
Once the bananas are cooked, remove from heat and serve immediately. Enjoy as a snack, dessert, or topping for pancakes or ice cream!
