🍦 Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe

A creamy, smooth, and classic vanilla ice cream you can make at home with just a few ingredients. Perfect on its own or served with your favorite dessert! 😋
📝 Ingredients:
• 2 cups (480 ml) heavy cream (cold) 🥛
• 1 cup (240 ml) sweetened condensed milk 🥫
• 2 tsp vanilla extract 🌼
• A pinch of salt 🧂
👩🍳 Instructions:
1. Whip the Cream
• In a large bowl, whip the cold heavy cream with a mixer until stiff peaks form (about 3–4 minutes). 💨
2. Mix the Base
• In a separate bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well. 🥄
3. Fold Together
• Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture. Do not stir too hard — keep it light and fluffy! ☁️
4. Freeze
• Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or airtight container.
• Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight. ❄️🕒
