Chicken Avocado Ranch Burritos
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup Ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced avocado, shredded cheddar cheese, Ranch dressing, chopped cilantro, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until all ingredients are well incorporated.
2. Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for about 20 seconds to make them pliable.
3. Lay each tortilla flat and evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto the center of each one.
4. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll tightly from one end to the other to form burritos.
5. Optionally, place the burritos seam side down in a heated skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and slightly crispy.
6. Serve warm with your favorite salsa or extra Ranch dressing on the side.
