A light and fluffy sponge cake from the Savoie region, dusted with powdered sugar ❄️🍰.

Ingredients:
• 4 eggs, separated
• 120 g sugar
• 100 g flour
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions:
1️⃣ Whip egg whites until stiff peaks form.
2️⃣ Beat yolks with sugar and vanilla until pale.
3️⃣ Fold in flour and gently mix with egg whites.
4️⃣ Pour into a greased mold and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
5️⃣ Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
