Summer Fig Burrata Salad 🥗
** Ingredients:
- 4 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, and romaine)
- 1 cup fresh figs, halved
- 1 ball of burrata cheese
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
** Directions:
- Arrange the mixed greens on a large serving platter.
- Scatter the fig halves, toasted pine nuts, and sliced red onion over the greens.
- Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and place them on the salad.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze and olive oil over the top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
