Nutella Cream-Filled Crepes
Ingredients:
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 2 tbsp melted butter
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup Nutella
• Whipped cream (for filling)
• Powdered sugar (for garnish)
Directions:
1. In a bowl, whisk flour, eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla until smooth.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet and cook thin layers of batter until golden.
3. Spread Nutella and whipped cream onto each crepe and roll.
4. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
