Learn This from My Japanese Friend, and We’ve Been Making Them Since! 😋

Ingredients
• 2 large eggs, yolks and whites separated
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• ½ cup milk
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp cream of tartar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Butter, for greasing the pan

Instructions
1️⃣ Whisk egg yolks, milk, and vanilla in a bowl until well combined.
2️⃣ Sift flour and baking powder into the yolk mixture, stirring until smooth.
3️⃣ In another bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until frothy, then gradually add sugar until stiff peaks form.
4️⃣ Gently fold egg whites into the yolk mixture.
5️⃣ Grease a non-stick skillet, and cook pancakes on low heat using a ring mold, covering with a lid.
6️⃣ Flip and cook until golden on both sides.
7️⃣ Serve warm with whipped cream, maple syrup, and your favorite fruits!
