Seared Steak Gnocchi Skillet 🥩🧄
A hearty, flavorful one-skillet dish combining tender seared steak bites and golden gnocchi in a garlic-butter sauce.

Ingredients:

1 pound beef sirloin steak or beef tenderloin, diced into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 pounds packaged gnocchi
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Marinate the Steak:

Place the diced steak into a resealable plastic bag or a shallow bowl.
Add lemon juice, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Toss to coat the steak evenly. Cover or seal, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (up to 8 hours for deeper flavor).
2️⃣ Cook the Gnocchi:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook according to the package directions (typically 2-3 minutes until they float). Drain and set aside.
3️⃣ Sear the Steak:

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Using tongs, add half the marinated steak (without the liquid). Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Repeat with the remaining steak.
4️⃣ Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce:

Return all the steak to the skillet. Add butter and crushed garlic, stirring for about 1 minute until the garlic becomes fragrant.
5️⃣ Combine Steak and Gnocchi:

Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet. Sauté for 3-5 minutes, tossing frequently, until the gnocchi is golden and lightly browned.
6️⃣ Serve:

Plate the steak and gnocchi. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
