French Dip Stuffed Biscuits
Ingredients:

1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuits
8 slices deli roast beef
8 slices provolone cheese
1 packet au jus gravy mix
1 cup water (or as directed on gravy mix package)
2 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried parsley
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Flatten each biscuit slightly and place a slice of roast beef and a slice of provolone in the center.
Fold the edges of the biscuit dough around the filling, pinching to seal.
Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush biscuits with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and dried parsley.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
While biscuits bake, prepare au jus gravy according to the package instructions.
Serve warm with au jus for dipping. Enjoy!
