4 large flour tortillas
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate bar)
1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (about 3-4 sheets)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Optional toppings: whipped cream, caramel drizzle, or sprinkles
Instructions
Prepare the Tortillas: Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Sprinkle a handful of mini marshmallows evenly over half of the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges. Add a layer of chocolate chips on top of the marshmallows. Fold the uncovered half of the tortilla over the filling to create a half-moon shape. Press gently to seal. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
Crush the Coating: Place the crushed graham crackers in a shallow bowl. Brush the outer surface of each folded tortilla lightly with melted butter, then press the buttered side into the crushed graham crackers to coat evenly.
Cook the Crunchwrap: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place one coated tortilla in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the graham cracker coating is golden brown and crunchy, and the marshmallows inside are warm and gooey. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
Serve Warm: Transfer the cooked crunchwraps to plates and let them cool slightly before serving. For an extra touch of decadence, drizzle with caramel sauce, dollop with whipped cream, or sprinkle with colorful sprinkles.
