This no-bake cake is filled with layers of creamy goodness, fresh fruit, and a crunchy crust.
π Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1 Β½ cups graham cracker crumbs
ΒΌ cup sugar
Β½ cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling:
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (or 1 Β½ cups heavy cream whipped)
Β½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 Β½ cups milk
For the Topping:
1 Β½ cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 banana, sliced
Β½ cup crushed pineapple, drained
ΒΌ cup chocolate syrup (for drizzling)

Prepare the Crust:
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to form a crust. Refrigerate while you make the filling.
Make the Filling:
In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, whipped topping, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. In another bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened. Combine both mixtures and spread evenly over the crust.
Add the Topping:
Arrange sliced strawberries, banana slices, and crushed pineapple on top of the filling.
Chill & Serve:
Drizzle with chocolate syrup and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set. Serve chilled and enjoy the tropical layers!
