📋 Ingredients
- egg roll wrappers
- cabbage, finely chopped
- carrots, grated
- green onions, chopped
- cooked shrimp or chicken (optional)
- soy sauce
- garlic, minced
- ginger, grated
- salt and pepper
- oil for frying
📝 Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, green onions, shrimp or chicken (if using), soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
2. Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and spoon 2 tablespoons of the filling onto the center.
3. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly. Seal the edge with a little water.
4. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
5. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
