📝 Ingredients:
1 lb (450 g) ground beef or ground sausage 🥩
1 tbsp olive oil (if needed) 🫒
1 small onion, diced 🧅
2 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
4–5 medium potatoes, peeled & diced 🥔
1/2 cup beef broth
1 cup heavy cream 🥛
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning 🌿
Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) 🧀
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional) 🌿
👨🍳 Instructions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground meat until browned. If needed, add olive oil. Add onions and garlic and cook until softened. Stir in diced potatoes and cook for 5–6 minutes. Pour in the beef broth and cream, then season with paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cover and let simmer for about 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Stir in shredded cheese and cook uncovered for another 2–3 minutes until melted and creamy. Garnish with parsley and serve hot!
