🇫🇷 Coquilles Saint-Jacques (Scallops in Cream Sauce)
Seared scallops in a light white wine cream sauce—elegant and flavorful.
Ingredients:
• 6 scallops
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 shallot, minced
• 1/4 cup white wine
• 1/4 cup cream
• Salt and pepper
• Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
1. Sear scallops in butter until golden on both sides, then set aside.
2. Sauté shallot in the same pan.
3. Deglaze with wine and reduce slightly.
4. Add cream, season, and return scallops to sauce briefly.
5. Serve warm, garnished with parsley.
