🍔 Big Mac Wraps 🍔
Ingredient:
1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend works best)
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 medium tomato, diced
1/2 cup diced onions (divided into two portions)
4 slices of American cheese
1/4 cup dill pickle slices, chopped
For the Special Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
Prepare the Special Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, yellow mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, white vinegar, and sugar until smooth. Set aside.
Cook the Beef: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess grease and set aside.
Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a generous spoonful of the special sauce evenly over each tortilla.
Layer the Ingredients: On one half of each tortilla, layer a slice of American cheese, followed by a quarter of the cooked beef, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, half of the diced onions, and chopped pickles. Sprinkle the remaining onions on top for extra flavor.
Fold and Serve: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to form a wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
Optional Step: For a warm, melty finish, heat the assembled wraps in a skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side, or until the tortilla is slightly crispy and the cheese melts further.
Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately with extra special sauce on the side for dipping.
