📝 Ingredients:
• 24 canned or prepared escargots
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 shallot, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp chopped parsley
• 1 tbsp white wine
• Salt and pepper
• Baguette slices for serving
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
2️⃣ Mix butter with garlic, shallot, parsley, wine, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Place escargots in shells or a baking dish and top with garlic butter.
