ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges for serving

directions:
1. preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. in a large bowl, toss the baby potatoes, cherry tomatoes, and broccoli with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. spread evenly on a baking sheet.
