Strawberry Cheesecake Delight with a Layered Twist

Ingredients:
1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package graham crackers, crushed
1/2 cup butter, melted
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine the sliced strawberries with granulated sugar and lemon juice. Toss to coat and set aside for about 10 minutes to macerate.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer the crushed graham crackers evenly at the bottom. Pour a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
Top with a portion of the macerated strawberries and repeat the layering process until all the ingredients are used up.
Finish by topping the final layer with more strawberries. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
