Cheesy Meat Stuffed Pasta Shells 🧀🍝🥩
Ingredients:
20 jumbo pasta shells (cooked al dente)
1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
1 cup ricotta cheese
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 cups marinara or pasta sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef. Drain fat. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Let cool slightly.
3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, and half of the cooked meat.
4. Spread 1 cup marinara in the bottom of a baking dish.
5. Stuff each shell with the cheese-meat mixture and place in the dish.
6. Spoon remaining sauce and meat over the shells. Top with remaining mozzarella.
7. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes until bubbly.
8. Garnish with parsley and serve!
