🍍 Homemade Pineapple Soft Serve Ice Cream 🍍
Ingredients:
2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup canned coconut milk (or regular milk)
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1️⃣ Blend Ingredients:
In a high-powered blender or food processor, add frozen pineapple, coconut milk, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and sweetener if using.
2️⃣ Process Until Smooth:
Blend until the mixture becomes creamy and smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
3️⃣ Serve Immediately or Freeze:
Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or transfer to a container and freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer consistency.
4️⃣ Optional Swirl Effect:
For a classic swirl, scoop the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a large star tip and pipe into bowls or cones.
